	Firm Overview Baer Capital Partners was established in 2006. The firm aims to pursue a broad mandate across three core business lines: Investment Management, Corporate Finance and Wealth Advisory. We aim to leverage the professional skills and experience of our founders, as well as the support of our strategic investors. The cornerstone of our business philosophy is delivering unique investment opportunities and innovative financial solutions to our investors and clients. The initial focus of the firm is to build an alternative asset management platform centered on India, with a goal of creating “best in class” products targeted primarily at global institutional and high net worth individuals. In addition we aim to structure investment vehicles on an opportunistic basis, in instances where we find compelling transactions that are aligned with our overall philosophy. We are headquartered in Dubai, U.A.E. at the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and have a wholly owned subsidiary, Baer Capital Partners International Ltd. that is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). Baer Capital Partners (UK) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Baer Capital Partners Ltd., is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
